At Collective Memories, we specialize in antique porcelain and collectibles. Each piece is unique, and we take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are final unless the item arrives significantly not as described.

Item Not As Described If you receive an item that is significantly different from its listing description or photos, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at collectivememories.shop. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Condition Disclosure All condition details, including any chips, cracks, wear, or restoration, are disclosed in the listing description and photos. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

International Orders Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
