Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small antique and collectibles shop, each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected at delivery.

Packaging All items — especially fragile porcelain and antique pieces — are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure safe arrival.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@collectivememories.shop with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
